Shipping Policy Your products will be shipped United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground within 72 hours after placing your order on our website. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday unless it is a holiday. Then your order will be shipped the next available day. This does not include weekends and holidays. Please add 1-2 days if you place your order on a weekend or a holiday. UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. All orders are shipped out of Sutter Creek, California and will take a minimum of 7 Business days to get to you unless you live in California or a few of the other western states. If you want to receive your products within 3-5 Business days you must select another shipping method from the methods available on the checkout page. Unless you place your order by 9:00 a.m. your order will not be picked up by UPS until the next business day. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday unless it is a holiday. Then your order will be shipped the next available day. Do not include weekends as days as UPS does not work at all on weekends.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED If you are unhappy with your purchase we require that you request a refund within 45 days from date of purchase by going to www.dogandhorsecare.com and use the contact form or write to us at denterprise@juno.com to let us know the reason why and we will provide you with an address to return all bottles. Bottles must contain partial product. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We will refund the purchase price but we cannot refund original shipping charges.
